N20 LoL Electric Order Picker Series 1115

The Linde N20 LoL is designed to help operators move more goods with fewer trips, thanks to its long load arms and additional liftable fork that allow two pallets to be handled in a single picking cycle. With load capacities ranging from 0.8 to 2.0 tonnes, it is well suited to a wide range of warehouse transport and order picking applications. Integrated controls within the Linde steering wheel provide intuitive operation, while active castor wheels help maintain traction and stability during loading, unloading and transport. Safety
The N20 LoL combines automatic speed reduction, load-sensitive braking and operator presence monitoring to help maintain safe, controlled operation throughout the picking cycle. Travel speed is automatically adjusted when turning, while braking performance increases with heavier loads to improve stopping control. A Soft Landing function cushions lowering movements to help protect both pallets and products, and the truck will automatically come to a stop if the operator leaves the platform or activates the emergency stop.

Ergonomics
Reducing operator fatigue is key to maintaining productivity, and the N20 LoL is designed with comfort in mind. A fully suspended operator compartment helps absorb shocks and vibrations before they reach the platform and steering controls, while the low-entry design allows quick and convenient access throughout the shift. Liftable forks position pallets at an ergonomic working height to minimise bending and reaching, and an optional pallet locking system helps secure a second pallet during transport while allowing quick release when required.

Handling
Built for efficient double-pallet order picking, the N20 LoL delivers the speed and responsiveness needed for high-throughput warehouse operations. A powerful 3kW AC drive motor provides strong acceleration and travel speeds of up to 12 km/h when fully loaded, while electric steering and ground-sensing technology help maintain stability during transport. The adjustable Linde steering wheel further enhances control, allowing operators to manoeuvre confidently and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Service
Long service intervals and low-maintenance components help keep the N20 LoL available for work and reduce operating costs. Maintenance is only required every 1,000 operating hours, while the maintenance-free AC motors and adjustment-free braking system minimise routine servicing requirements. CAN bus diagnostics also provide technicians with quick access to truck data, helping simplify fault finding and maintenance procedures.
