Designed to maximise every picking cycle. The N20–N25 combines impressive load capacity with the speed and manoeuvrability needed to keep warehouse operations moving. With the ability to transport loads of up to 2.5 tonnes, it is well suited to high-throughput picking applications. Intuitive steering, a tight turning radius and a fully suspended operator platform support fast, precise and comfortable operation in busy warehouse environments.

Safety
The N20–N25 is designed to keep operators aware of their surroundings, with the operator platform positioned ahead of the battery to provide a clear view of the travel path and nearby activity. LED lighting and the optional Linde BlueSpot™ help increase visibility in busy warehouse environments, while three independent braking systems work together to deliver controlled stopping performance based on load and operating conditions. Speed is automatically adjusted when cornering to improve stability, and a heavy-duty steel bumper helps protect both the truck and operator platform from accidental impacts.

Ergonomics
Quick, comfortable access can make a significant difference in high-volume picking operations, which is why the N20–N25 features a low step-in height and entry points on both sides of the truck. Adjustable steering, backrest and seating support allow operators to create a comfortable working position, while the suspended platform helps reduce shocks and vibrations during travel. A rear support handle assists when reversing, and practical storage compartments ensure essential tools and personal items remain within easy reach throughout the shift.

Handling
Fast travel speeds and intuitive controls help the N20–N25 keep pace with demanding order picking applications. A powerful 3kW AC motor delivers speeds of up to 14 km/h, allowing operators to cover larger warehouse distances efficiently. The multifunction steering wheel places key functions within easy reach and can be operated with one hand, while pedestrian mode allows short-distance movements without re-entering the truck. Electric steering improves stability and control, the initial lift function enables smoother travel over ramps and uneven floors, and optional lithium-ion battery technology supports fast, convenient charging between tasks.

Service
Long service intervals help maximise uptime and reduce maintenance costs. The maintenance-free AC motor and adjustment-free brake system minimise routine servicing requirements, while major components can be quickly accessed through the service panel and motor cover. CAN bus diagnostics allow technicians to retrieve truck data efficiently for fault finding and maintenance planning, and robust cast-steel bumpers help reduce damage from minor impacts and everyday warehouse use.
