The Linde N20 XL is designed to maximise picking efficiency by allowing operators to transport two pallets simultaneously, with capacities of up to 2.0 tonnes. Its elevated pallet positioning places loads at a more comfortable working height, helping reduce unnecessary bending and improve productivity throughout the shift. The forward operator position provides excellent visibility of the surrounding warehouse environment, while the fully suspended platform helps absorb shocks and vibrations from uneven floor surfaces, delivering comfort during long periods of order picking.

Safety
The N20 XL combines intelligent braking technology with a stable truck design to help operators work confidently in demanding order picking environments. Three independent braking systems provide controlled stopping performance, including an electromagnetic service brake linked to both the dead-man switch and emergency stop function. Braking force is automatically adjusted according to load weight, while cornering speed is reduced based on steering input to improve stability. Rounded truck contours, automatic steering centring and a heavy-duty front bumper further enhance safety during daily operation. Optional LED lighting and Linde BlueSpot™ are also available to increase truck visibility in busy warehouse aisles.

Ergonomics
Designed to minimise unnecessary movement, the N20 XL helps operators pick and transport goods more efficiently throughout the shift. The wide, low-entry platform is accessible from both sides, while the double pallet design allows loads to be handled at a comfortable working height. Controls for lifting and optional pedestrian travel functions are positioned on both sides of the backrest for added convenience. Adjustable steering and seating positions, multiple storage compartments and a fully suspended operator platform all contribute to a comfortable, operator-focused workspace.

Handling
Built for high-throughput order picking, the N20 XL combines strong performance with excellent load handling capability. A powerful 3kW AC drive motor delivers travel speeds of up to 12 km/h, while a choice of lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries allows the truck to be matched to operational requirements. The intuitive Linde steering wheel provides precise control of all key functions, and pedestrian operation helps reduce unnecessary mounting and dismounting during short picking runs. An initial lift function also improves travel across ramps, dock levellers and uneven floor surfaces.

Service
Long service intervals and low-maintenance components help keep the N20 XL productive for longer. The maintenance-free AC drive motor and adjustment-free braking system reduce routine servicing requirements, while service intervals of up to 1,000 operating hours help minimise downtime. Key components are easily accessible beneath the motor cover, and CAN bus diagnostics enable technicians to quickly retrieve truck data for fault finding and maintenance planning. A robust cast-steel bumper also helps protect the suspended operator platform from accidental impact damage.
