The SMTCL DTC600-E is a compact, high-speed vertical drilling and tapping centre designed for production machining of aluminium, non-ferrous materials, steels and precision components requiring fast tool changes and rapid axis movement.
With 600mm X-axis travel, 450mm Y-axis travel, a 20,000rpm BT30 direct-drive spindle and 48m/min rapid traverse on all three axes, the DTC600-E is particularly well suited to high-volume drilling, tapping and light-to-medium milling applications.
The machine is equipped with a FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC system and FANUC spindle and servo motors, providing a proven control platform for Australian workshops.
