NEW SMTCL DTC700-E HIGH-SPEED CNC DRILLING & TAPPING CENTRE
The SMTCL DTC700-E is a high-speed vertical drilling and tapping centre offering increased X-axis capacity while retaining the rapid movement and fast tool-changing characteristics required for production machining.
With 700mm X-axis travel, an 800 × 400mm worktable, 15,000rpm BT30 direct-drive spindle and 48m/min rapid traverse, the DTC700-E provides an excellent balance of machining envelope, speed and compact machine footprint.
It is designed for manufacturers machining medium-size precision components where fast drilling, tapping, interpolation and milling cycles are required.
The machine is equipped with FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control together with FANUC spindle and axis servo motors.
