An attached safety tag dated 24 September 2024 identifies a MAIN BEARING FAILURE.

The compressor must not be operated in its present condition.

The machine requires professional mechanical assessment, repair, servicing and pressure testing before any return to operation. Suitability for breathing-air use must be independently verified and certified.
