New 4-10 ton (50mm pin) Excavator Demolition Concrete Crusher Pulveriser

New HP04 Excavator Demolition Concrete Crusher Pulveriser suit 4-10 Ton machine.

Concrete crusher pulverisers break down concrete slabs, walls, large concrete chunks, blocks, bricks etc. from demolition into smaller, more manageable pieces.
Makes it easier to separate concrete from rebar, preparing the material for recycling or further processing.
Pulverisers reduce the volume of concrete debris, lowering transport costs by maximising use of truck / dumpster space.

* It has a massive 165mm diameter ram cylinder for powerful crushing (see pics# 1, 3, 4, 9), .

* Included deep in the Jaws are 2 replaceable shear plates for cutting steel rebar (see pic# 10).

* Lower Jaw Width: 296mm.
* Upper Jaw Width: 225mm.

* Required Oil Flow: 70-140 L/Min.
* Working Pressure: 230 Bar (3335 PSI).

Currently setup for 50mm pins but could easily be configured for smaller pins by Lathing the pins in the middle, or to larger pins by boring out the holes in the removable collars (see pic #7) and inserting bigger pins.


*** Current Headstock configuration:
* Pin Diameter is 50mm but they are fitted into collar bosses that fit into 65mm diameter Pin holes (see pic# 7), so pins up to 65mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the headstock.
* 258mm Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC).
* The distance between the collar bosses is 200mm. Removing the collar bosses, the distance between the headstock bosses is 235mm, but these welded-on-bosses could also be shaved back on the insides to a maximum of 251mm (the distance Between the Ear Plates), if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit into.

* Maybe fit: Bobcat 442 / X442, IHI 50 / 55J / (Cheiftain) 55J / (Cheiftain) 65UJ / 70Z, Kato 140, Schaeff HR31 / HR32, Sumitomo SH 65U w/ Knuckle Boom, Terex HR32, Wacker Neuson 5002 / 6002 / 6003 / 6502 / 6503 / 50z3, Yanmar B 7 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).
