"What about the Parts & Service " you may ask.. We have our Brisbane Warehouse stocked with parts .

And as far as warranty is concerned - 1st 12 months there is the standard full factory warranty and the remaining 24 months cover the power train and hydraulics.

Oxplo is made up of ex Big Brand , large corporate dealership machinery blokes who reckon there is a better way to look after customers.

This is why we 100% support the Government trying to extend the 'Right to Repair Scheme ' to include agricultural machinery.

But we aren't waiting for a bunch of submissions , meetings , drafts before we have to draft procedures and then implement it.

Our business model is about supporting locals. If you want your local trusted repairer (who probably keeps the rest of your gear going) to service your machine - we are good with that.

If in the unlikely event a warranty issue occurs and you want them to repair it - we are fine with that as well . (We will provide technical assistance and or schematics & wiring diagrams as required)

We will pay for parts & labour but we dont cover travel costs - however - if you are using your local fitter , then this should be significantly more cost effective than having an techician from a dealership come out.

Either way , it is your choice , just like whether you are having a lager or a dark .
