P60 - P80 & W08 Electric Tow Tractor Series 1191

Strong towing capability meets operator comfort. The P60–P80 and W08 combine high towing performance with excellent manoeuvrability for busy warehouse and production environments. A compact turning radius allows operators to navigate tight areas with ease, while the suspension system delivers a smooth ride when transporting loads. The W08 offers a towing capacity of up to 0.8 tonnes, while the P60–P80 models can handle between 6.0 and 8.0 tonnes, with travel speeds of up to 20 km/h unloaded.

Safety
Keeping drivers in control when towing heavy loads requires dependable braking and excellent visibility, and the P60–P80 & W08 delivers both. Four independent braking systems work together to provide controlled stopping performance, including an electric brake that activates when the accelerator is released and self-adjusting hydraulic drum brakes on all wheels. Automatic hill-hold assistance helps prevent rollback on gradients, while the parking brake engages automatically when the truck comes to a stop. A robust steel chassis and excellent all-round visibility further support safe operation throughout the shift.

Ergonomics
Operator comfort plays a major role in maintaining productivity, especially during long towing tasks. A spacious workstation with generous legroom, an adjustable seat and steering wheel, and intuitively positioned controls helps reduce fatigue throughout the day. A powerful 4.5kW AC motor delivers strong towing performance, while precise steering and a tight turning radius make manoeuvring easier in confined areas. Multiple braking systems and automatic gradient assistance also contribute to smoother, more controlled handling, particularly when operating on ramps or with heavier loads.

Service
Long service intervals help maximise availability and reduce maintenance costs over the life of the truck. Transmission oil changes are only required every 10,000 operating hours, while CAN bus diagnostics allow technicians to quickly access truck data for troubleshooting and servicing. Key components and the battery are positioned for easy access, and the multifunction display provides operators with clear information on truck and battery status at a glance.
