PACKSERV Auto Filler on Conveyor

This is a bundle deal comprising the PFM-3-BUF-A single head filler + the PSC-6-2.4 stainless steel slat conveyor.

The Packserv PFM-3-BUF-A Auto Single Head Filler is a fully automatic liquid, paste and cream bottom up filling machine that is both user friendly and versatile. The heavy duty, all pneumatic design of the PFM-3 is compact, reliable and easy to clean. The PFM-3-BUF-A also comes standard with a positive shut off nozzle and bottom up fill.

The cylinder design of the PFM-3-BUF-A enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts. Various product supply methods can be used according to the nature of the product or customer preference, e.g. close coupled hopper, suction hose inlet assembly, elevated or floor-level tank, and low-pressure feed from a pump.

To ensure safe operation, the stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assembly are also enclosed by an interlocked polycarbonate cover that shuts the machine off if an operator opened the door during production.

The Packserv PSC-6-2.4 Slat Conveyor is a 2.4 metre conveyor designed to handle all types of containers regardless of shape or material. Fully adjustable and made with the highest quality components, it’s designed to be durable with minimal maintenance.

The Packserv conveyor systems are designed to be modular for use with our entire suite of machinery as well as the equipment of other manufacturers. All of our gating and sensor systems are designed to be utilised with the guide rails used by this conveyor. Furthermore, all our filling and capping machines can be mounted to the conveyor to ensure consistency of application.

The 316 stainless steel frame is mounted on top of castors/wheels to allow for manoeuvrability, and this machine features levelling jacks on rubber feet to allow traction and height adjustment of the entire conveyor to suit any production line.

This conveyor utilises an AC motor with a VSD controller that allows the conveyor to be easily put into reverse at the touch of a button.
