PACKSERV Pillar Technologies Automatic Induction Sealer

The Pillar Technologies INS-IF2.25-U is a 2.25kW iFoiler is a fully automatic stand mounted induction sealer, for use over a conveyor in a full production line. It delivers highly reliable, tamper-evident seals that prevent leakage and ensures high seal integrity for a wide range of products.

Designed with modularity in mind, the iFoiler features a highly functional touch screen interface, unsurpassed sealing efficiency, multiple language accessibility, and an optional, and unique, seal calibration system which ensures seal integrity. There are more functions integrated into the microprocessor, such as memory functions for customer applications, which allows the iFoiler to operate independently.

Applications can be saved within the memory of the iFoiler, and can be called up independently with selected parameters. Sealing coils are removable from the generator without tools, which improves productivity.

Featuring additional extras such as a reject mechanism and an infeed bottle stop. The design of the new iFoiler is also significantly more compact, so it is easier to place it within the line and improve efficiency.

This machine is designed for use with a fully automated production line.
