The Packserv PFM-5-BUF-NA is a single head semi-automatic bottom up liquid, cream and paste filling machine. It has been designed for use as a semi-automatic bench top machine or to be quickly and easily upgraded into a fully-automatic filler to be mounted over the top of a conveyor.

The heavy duty, all pneumatic design of the PFM-5-BUF-NA is compact, reliable and easy to clean and is designed for semi-automatic benchtop function.

This machine features a 5 litre product cylinder allowing for single-shot filling of containers anywhere from 500ml-5000ml.

The PFM-5-BUF-NA also comes standard with positive shut-off nozzles and a bottom up fill assembly. The spool-valve system of the PFM-5-BUF-NA handles all types of bottling products from thin liquids to creams and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling. It can handle temperatures up to 95°C with ease during the filling process.
The cylinder design of the PFM-5-BUF-NA enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts.
The stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assemblies have been enclosed with a safety interlocked polycarbonate cover that shuts the machine off if an operator attempts to open the door during production.

The PFM-5-BUF-NA can be easily upgraded to be run as a fully automated inline over a conveyor. This machine is designed to grow with your business. It does not come with any of the gates and sensors required to automate the machine.
