Complete PET Bottle Filling Line — Ex Kombucha Production

This is a complete, end-to-end PET bottling line that was in full commercial operation producing 1.25L carbonated kombucha at 66 bottles per minute for Remedy Drinks, one of Australia’s best-known functional beverage brands. Depalletizing — ProSystem Packaging DPB-AS 0051 (2018)
Handles automatic depalletizing of empty PET bottles at the start of the line, feeding cleanly into the conveyor system. Installed power of 13kW, 415V 3-phase.

Rinsing and Filling — Clean Pack ISOVEP32-32B (2018)
A rinser-filler combination purpose-built for carbonated beverages, rated to 6 bar pressure — meaning it’s designed specifically for products like carbonated kombucha, rather than a still-only filler adapted after the fact. Rated at 40kW, 415V 3-phase.

Capping — OMS T6 VP (2022)
The newest piece of equipment on the line, installed in 2022 — several years after the rest of the system. This means the highest-duty, highest-wear component (capping runs continuously at line speed and takes a lot of mechanical cycling) has meaningfully less accumulated wear than the rest of the line. Rated at 4.3kW.

Carbonator — Industrie Fracchiolla (2018)
Pressure-rated stainless steel carbonation vessels, engineered and certified to PED 2014/68/EU pressure equipment standards, dosing CO2 into product ahead of filling — a core part of what makes this a genuine carbonated-beverage line rather than a still-only system.

Case Packing — ProSystem Compal 4F-NDVE-007 Mecspeed-NS (2018)
Automatic case packing at the end of the line, rated at 48kW, feeding into the palletizing and wrap area.

Supporting infrastructure
The line includes a full conveyor network (several sections upgraded/replaced during its operating life), overhead walkways and safety platforms for operator access, complete machine guarding throughout, and robotic palletizing at the discharge end. A detailed engineering layout drawing exists for the full line, useful for any buyer planning the footprint and services (power, water, compressed air) needed at a new site.
