Peddinghaus Advantage-2 PCD-1100 CNC Beam Drill Line

Increase structural steel production with the Peddinghaus Advantage-2 PCD-1100—a high-speed CNC beam drilling and processing line designed for accurate, continuous production of finished structural components.

Equipped with three independently controlled drilling spindles, the Advantage-2 can simultaneously process the flange and web of beams and other structural profiles. Its carbide-drilling technology, automatic tool changing and roller-feed measuring system combine high throughput with excellent accuracy and repeatability.

Ideal for medium and large structural steel, mining and heavy-fabrication businesses, the Advantage-2 performs drilling, milling, tapping, countersinking and layout marking in one automated production line—reducing manual handling and secondary processing.
