Peddinghaus PeddiBot-1200 Robotic Plasma Cutting and Coping Machine
Increase structural steel production with the Peddinghaus PeddiBot-1200—an advanced six-axis robotic plasma cutting, coping and marking system designed to replace multiple manual fabrication processes with one automated solution.
The PeddiBot-1200 processes beams, channels, angles, hollow sections and flat bar on all four sides. Its integrated scanning system measures material deviations and automatically adjusts the cutting path, producing accurate copes, rat holes, notches, mitres, bolt holes, bevels and weld preparations with minimal grinding or secondary processing.
With automated layout marking, Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software compatibility and heavy-duty profile capacity, the PeddiBot-1200 is ideal for structural steel and heavy-fabrication businesses looking to improve throughput, repeatability and material utilisation.
