Pneumatic Lift Vibrating Roller Conveyor Table – 880 × 1,300 mm
Heavy-duty industrial roller conveyor and vibrating lift table designed for foundry mould handling and product removal from the mould and similar material-transfer applications.

The unit combines a non motorised roller conveyor deck with pneumatic air-spring lift assemblies and an underside electric vibrator motor. This arrangement allows a mould box or similar load to be raised from the rollers and vibrated or compacted without transmitting the full vibration through the conveyor rollers.

Foundry compaction tables use air lifters to raise the working section clear of the conveyor rollers during vibration, reducing potential damage to the roller bearings.
