Used, fully serviced Expanded Polystyrene hot melt densifier. Suitable for all EPS recycling needs, but comes from a EPS panel manufacturer who are upgrading to a higher capacity unit of the same brand.
Comes with 20m3 dust hopper with live bottom and screw feeder that feeds dust into the hot melt extruder.
Solid EPS pieces can be in via a shredder system, making this a dual purpose machine for dust and solid EPS material.
Fully serviced every 6 months by a professional engineering company.
Capacity is 100kg per hour.
