**Included Components:**

- Prefabricated steel wall frames and roof trusses.
- External Colourbond wall and roof cladding.
- Internal wall and ceiling panels are modular cool room/sandwich type panels (factory painted, steel lined, fire-resistant expanded polystyrene insulation), so lightweight, hygienic/easy to clean, durable, and no painting required.
- Internal walls are insulated wall panels either side of the steel frames to provide voids for services.
- Steel subfloor with simple steel piles system.
- Modular wet areas.
- Doors are solid timber with bolt-together steel frames.
- Complete air conditioning system, fire protection system, and electrical system.
- Roof insulation blanket.
- Subfloor insulation batts.

The building components have been dismantled and packed in such a way as to protect the goods for interstate transport, which consists of:

- 2x flat top semi loads of 3x 20-foot shipping containers.
- 8x 40’ shipping containers.

This two-year-old versatile prefabricated building was designed to be dismantled and reused and was originally built and commissioned in 34 days!

- It was carefully dismantled and the materials packed onto pallets, into stillages or into shipping containers for easy transport and storage.
- It comes with all architectural, framing, paneling, structural, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection drawings plus marked-up drawings showing the locations of the customized components with corresponding individually numbered labels on the components to help with the reconstruction of the building.

The building is constructed from prefabricated steel wall frames and roof trusses and clad in Colourbond steel. Internal walls are lined with individual insulated “cool-room type” wall panels. Formwork plywood timber flooring over steel subfloor. Doors are solid timber with steel frames. Complete ducted and zoned air conditioning system, fire protection system, and electrical system included.

- The 3x 20’ and 8x 40’ shipping containers are high-quality single prior use/trip ones and are included in the sale price.
- The package only excludes wiring/cabling/pipework, vinyl flooring and skirting, ply flooring, roof insulation blanket mesh, external landings, ramps and stairs.
