* Tank, 2025, Martin Engineering, S/No MEL5372B, horizontal stainless steel ethanol storage tank 30,000 litre capacity
* Ethanol distribution, 2025, Krohne, model Optimass 1400C S410, ethanol distribution system comprising 2 x mass flow meters, ethanol distribution pump, pipework, valves & fittings
* Pipework to be disconnected at first join from ethanol storage line
Note: Buyers are responsible for the decommissioning and removal of assets within 6 weeks of purchase.
A Buyer’s Premium of 8.5% plus GST (15%) will apply to this sale. GST may be reclaimed where the assets are exported in accordance with Inland Revenue Department zero?rating criteria.
