Manual collection of stamping leftover steel wastes much manpower and easily causes feeding blockage. This ENERPAT baler uses a hopper for automatic feeding of punch press steel scraps and shapes the materials into firm standard bales, saving labor cost and logistics expense greatly.
The whole machine adopts mortise welded structure with full CO? gas shielded welding for outstanding rigidity. The sturdy frame runs stably without deformation under long continuous operation. Equipped with replaceable wear resistant lining plates to resist material abrasion and simplify routine maintenance.
Dual cylinder synchronous pressing ensures consistent bale density. It is able to recover residual lubricating oil mixed in steel scraps. Internal cavity cleaning is convenient; sludge can be cleared rapidly without complicated disassembly to prevent oil circuit blockage and guarantee long term steady operation.
