The Q/S Series Horizontal CNC Lathe is a high precision, high efficiency turning platform engineered for automotive, electric motor, bearing, and general engineering production. Designed using advanced structural analysis and verified through strict inspection standards, the Q/S Series delivers stable cutting performance, excellent rigidity, and long term accuracy retention for both small part machining and heavy duty shaft work.
Built on a high-quality cast-iron bed, reinforced with a large span spindle unit, arc shaped anti bending saddle, and reinforced tailstock, the machine provides outstanding structural stiffness for continuous production. High precision pre tensioned leadscrews, optional error compensation technology, and a servo driven turret ensure consistent dimensional accuracy across long machining cycles.
