We have a Richmill Mfr CNC 30 Rotary Indexer for sale
The Richmill CNC 30 Rotary Indexer (shown alongside its dedicated control unit) is a standalone, heavy-duty programmable positioning system used to add a 4th-axis indexing capability to conventional or CNC milling machines.
It was manufactured by Richmill Mfg. Co., Ltd. in Japan.
Key Specifications & Features
240V Mains Power
30mm Spindle Bore
Tos 3 Jaw Chuck
Standalone Control Unit:
The CNC 30 operates as an independent, fully self-contained indexer. It utilizes a built-in microprocessor and numeric keypad for manual coordinate, program, and step entry, removing the need for an external computer connection to handle basic indexing operations.
Memory Capacity:
The control unit supports up to 100 blocks of programmable indexing steps, enabling complex sequential indexing operations to be saved internally.
System Integration: While it functions as a stand-alone tool, the controller features external multi-pin interfaces (such as a 7-pin interface). This allows it to receive M-code execution triggers from a master CNC mill controller and signal back a “cycle complete” command before the mill proceeds to its next operation.
Universal Voltage Support:
The control box runs on standard AC 100–240V inputs, allowing it to adapt to various international manufacturing facility electrical setups without modifications.
Rotary Unit Compatibility:
The CNC 30 controller is traditionally paired with industrial 4th-axis rotary indexers like the Richmill 1X-5C or IX-5C series. The motor drive utilizes high-quality internal worm gearing designed to reduce backlash and maintain precise angular repeatability for machining gear teeth, splines, or repeating radial patterns.
We recommend customers pay us a visit to inspect machinery, where we are happy to test run machinery in our warehouse, that way it gives you peace of mind that the machine will do your job before purchase.
This Rotary Indexer is in our warehouse so please feel free to call us on for more information & price or pop in to inspect the machine at your convenience.
We are always interested in purchasing metalworking machinery & surplus equipment. Should you be looking at Downsizing, Relocating, Closing Down or having machinery surplus to requirements, we would appreciate the opportunity to assist in any way we can.
We would like to extend a note to all prospective customers. We are happy to provide details of freight companies that transport machines anywhere in Australia or worldwide. However, we want to remind customers that the machines are not insured during transport by either the transport companies or Newmac Equipment. We strongly advise that customers speak with their usual insurance company to take out transport insurance.
