The SCM Nova TF 100 is a precision spindle moulder/shaper engineered for professional woodworking, joinery and cabinetmaking applications that require reliable profiling, moulding and routing performance. It combines a rigid cast-iron structure with user-friendly controls and accurate adjustments, making setup and machining tasks more efficient and dependable.

All machine movements are easily adjusted via a hand wheel with mechanical decimal readouts, positioned conveniently on the front of the machine for precise setup. The spindle moulder fence features mechanical programming and digital readouts that allow fast and accurate positioning of both worktables to within a tenth of a millimetre, eliminating the need for repetitive test cuts.

The spindle operates at four selectable speeds — 3500, 6000, 8000 and 10 000 rpm — to suit a wide range of cutter sizes and machining tasks from simple shaping to advanced profile work. The machine supports profiling tools up to 240 mm diameter, providing flexibility for diverse moulding and routing operations.
