The SCM Nova TI 105 is a professional spindle moulder/shaper engineered for precision profiling, moulding, tenoning and routing in joinery, cabinetmaking and timber workshops. Built with a robust cast-iron structure and intuitive adjustments, this machine delivers reliable performance and accurate results across a wide range of woodworking tasks.

The tilting spindle design allows flexibility for angled work and complex profiles, with spindle speeds ranging through four standard settings to suit different materials and cutter sizes. Mechanical decimal readouts and front-mounted handwheels make spindle height and angle adjustments straightforward and repeatable, while the spindle moulder fence with mechanical programming and digital readouts ensures precise positioning of both worktables without unnecessary test runs.

Maximum rigidity and long-lasting stability are achieved through a large cast-iron spindle moulder column, supporting machining work from simple mouldings to tenoning operations with tools up to 240 mm in diameter and tenoning tools up to 300 mm (depending on CE configuration).
