External and internal cylindrical grinder, 2m travel. Recognised as the Rolls Royce of Japanese grinders and in excellent condition.
Machine has been fully stripped and rebuilt and test grinding produced a 1.8m long 45mm bar ground accurate to within 2microns over the full length.
Machine is ex the Qantas workshops in Melbourne and has only done a moderate amount of work based on visible wear marks on the bed scraping and the test bar results.
The machine comes with the following:
• New Fagor digital readout fitted in early 2026.
• Wheel balance rack.
• A large range of wheels, spindles and arbours including some diamond wheels.
• Filtration system for the coolant.
• Four drawer BAC storage cabinet for wheels, as new.
• Seven drawer BAC workbench, as new.
• Numerous additional tooling, jigs and fixtures.
• Operator floor rack with mesh grid.
