Used shrink sleeve packaging line: an SLM-150 automatic shrink sleeve applicator (sleever), a stainless heat shrink tunnel and conveyor. Suits jars and bottles for cosmetics, food, beverage and supplements.
It was custom designed in Shanghai in 2017 as part of a production line for a beauty product in small, custom-designed cosmetic jars. It was designed with overseas engineers and then shipped to Australia.
Very minimal hours, which you can see on the hour meter. It ran roughly once a month for about 8 hours at a time, because that was all our production needed. It's almost brand new and in perfect working order. For the last three years it has been unused: cleaned, switched off and covered in plastic in our warehouse.
SLM-150 automatic shrink sleeve applicator (sleever)
- Feeds film off a large roll, cuts each sleeve to size and slides it over the jar or bottle. The conveyor then carries it into the heat shrink tunnel.
- Fully adjustable and computerised: sleeve drop, sleeve size and film gauge
- High-quality LCD touchscreen control with an advanced motherboard
- Currently set up for OPS film, 117 x 0.05 mm

- Typical for the SLM-150 model (buyer to confirm): up to 150 containers per minute, containers about 28 to 125 mm in diameter and 30 to 280 mm tall, PVC, PET or OPS shrink film about 0.03 to 0.13 mm thick
