Replaceable wear resistant liner plates protect main box body from scrap abrasion during compression cycles. Worn liners can be replaced easily to reduce main body repair cost. Thrust through dual cylinder, two main hydraulic cylinders work synchronously to deliver even pressing force across compression chamber. Balanced force avoids offset load and ensures uniform bale density. All welding seams adopt co? gas shielded welding for solid joints without air holes and higher frame strength. The mortise welded cabinet brings high rigidity against impact and vibration, resisting deformation and cracking under long time heavy operation for harsh recycling workshop environment.
