The Dozer-6 is a front-mounted dozer-blade style attachment (in two widths) that allows for a wide range of blade adjustmentangle, tilt and height.
Built with a reinforced rectangular hollow section main frame and a boxed-out and gusseted blade, the high-weight, heavy-duty construction gives exceptional ground-engagement while grading, reducing skipping and chattering. Bolt-on 12mm cutting edges can be reversed to maximise longevity, while an additional 8mm wear-resistant steel strip is fitted to further protect the underside of the blade assembly.
There are two optional accessories available. A hydraulically-operated depth wheel assembly (with rear-facing convex vision-mirrors) can help reduce blade undulation over long, straight sections of dozing. And a pair of removable, easily transportable hungry boards will increase the amount of material that can be held within the blade during spreading or clearing operations.
Typical uses for the Dozer-6 include:
Grading: Achieving a level surface for construction or landscaping projects
Landscaping: Shaping and contouring land for gardens, ponds, and other features
Site Preparation: Clearing and levelling areas for building foundations or road construction
Snow Removal: Efficiently pushing and moving snow during winter months
Excavation Support: Assisting in the excavation process by moving soil and debris
Ditching: Creating and maintaining ditches for drainage or irrigation
Backfilling: Filling in trenches or holes after excavation
Earthmoving: Moving large quantities of soil or material from one location to another
