The Slanetrac HS55 Plastic Flail Head excavator attachment (also known as a “Whipper Snipper”) suits small and medium sized excavators from 2 T – 4 T.
The high RPM plastic blades produces a clean and precise cut, ideal for cutting thick grass, in applications including: roadside vegetation management, farming, fruit orchard maintenance and fence line clearing. The blade is constructed from 3 heavy-duty plastic blades, mounted to a high-RPM hydraulic motor. A skilled operator can easily achieve a neat finish.
With a simple and robust design, this attachment is very low maintenance. The plastic blades are easily replaceable, simply by removing a bolt.
The plastic blades are great for working close to obstacles such as fence posts without causing damage.
