The Smicon SMIMO-160 is a depackaging machine designed to separate organic contents from packaging in packed and unpacked food streams. Organic material is discharged through a sieve on one side of the machine, while the separated packaging is discharged on the other. The machine can also be supplied in a stainless-steel version for food-related applications, with wear components designed for straightforward replacement. Final configuration should be confirmed for the material being processed.
