The ENERPAT fully automatic horizontal baler with stable high-density bundling performance is specially customized for recycling plants, material recovery facilities (MRFs) and waste management sites. It can handle PET bottles, HDPE plastic containers, plastic film, woven bags and various plastic recyclables, and also adapt to cardboard and paper baling for mixed waste recycling scenarios.
This machine adopts automatic feeding, hydraulic compression and automatic wire tying structures. It not only cuts manual labor input significantly, but also consistently produces compact, high-density bundled bales stably. Suitable for long-duration uninterrupted industrial running, it effectively saves warehouse storage space, slashes outbound transportation expenses and raises the economic value of recycled plastic materials. Its pressing force ranges from 80 tonnes to 200 tonnes, with a maximum processing capacity reaching 20 tons per hour, with configurations adjustable according to actual raw materials.
