This baler is built with high-thrust hydraulic configuration specially for intensive compression of leftover thin metal sheets and planar metal trimmings. Its sturdy reinforced framework can sustain sustained high extrusion pressure, flattening loose stacked sheet scraps thoroughly into highly compact solid bundles. It greatly cuts the occupied area of scattered plate leftovers and helps recycling operators save warehouse space and slash the expenditure in transit and subsequent smelting treatment.
It supports conventional gravity feeding and automated conveyor feeding. An optional automatic strapping unit can seal up finished bales automatically once the preset dimension and weight thresholds are reached. The equipment runs steadily under long-term intensive pressing conditions with an hourly processing capacity of 20 tons, perfectly fit for mass disposal of metal sheet offcuts in fabrication workshops and scrap recycling facilities.
Both direct feeding and conveyor feeding schemes are applicable. An optional automatic strapping device locks finished bales once preset size and weight standards are met. The equipment maintains steady long-term cyclic heavy-load operation with an hourly processing capacity of 20 tons, ideal for continuous centralized processing of diversified mixed metal waste.
