This baler adopts optimized hydraulic control logic and precision fitted transmission parts to ensure steady and jitter-free whole-cycle operation when dealing with discarded automobile shells and large-sized thin metal waste. The reinforced thickened frame can withstand uneven impact loads generated during compressing irregular car body materials, squeezing bulky car shell scraps into tightly formed uniform blocks. It optimizes field placement order, lowers site space occupation and overall transit charges for scrap dismantling yards.
Two feeding modes including direct manual feeding and conveyor automated feeding are supported. An external automatic strapping assembly can be installed to fasten finished compacted blocks once target specifications are achieved. It can keep stable non-stop running under long-period heavy working load with an hourly processing capacity of 20 tons, perfectly matching continuous waste processing work at vehicle dismantling factories and large-scale metal recycling bases.
