A unique side-facing driving position and Linde e-driver controls provide excellent visibility in both travel directions, helping operators manoeuvre quickly and accurately in busy warehouse environments. Safety
The T20–T25 AP/SP is built to keep operators protected during fast-paced pallet transport, with a heavy-duty steel skirt extending to floor level to help shield the operator from minor impacts. The compact steering unit helps keep the operator safely within the truck's profile during travel, while three independent braking systems provide reliable stopping performance in a variety of operating conditions. Electromagnetic braking is automatically activated when the travel controls are released, the dead-man switch is disengaged or the emergency stop is pressed.

Ergonomics
Long shifts become more comfortable when visibility and operator positioning are prioritised. On the SP model, the 45-degree standing position provides a clear view of the surrounding work area while reducing the need for twisting during reversing and load handling. A padded backrest and heavily cushioned platform help minimise fatigue on uneven surfaces, while responsive power steering delivers effortless control. Deep storage compartments also keep documents, tools and other work essentials close at hand.

Handling
High travel speeds and confident load handling help the T20–T25 AP/SP maintain productivity in demanding warehouse environments. The powerful 3kW AC drive motor, combined with active support wheels, delivers strong acceleration, travel speeds of up to 14 km/h and gradeability of up to 13%. Hydraulic wheel suspension automatically adapts to the load and operating conditions to maintain stability and traction, while the hill hold function prevents rollback on ramps. On SP models, the Linde e-driver system and multifunction steering wheel further enhance manoeuvrability and operational efficiency.

The maintenance-free AC motor reduces routine servicing requirements, while CAN bus diagnostics allow technicians to quickly access truck data and streamline fault finding.
