The TECMOR 300-HC Rebar Shearline is a highly productive and reliable cutting solution designed for reinforcing steel processing plants, steel suppliers, precast manufacturers and construction companies.
Manufactured in Italy by TECMOR, this heavy-duty system delivers fast and accurate cutting of reinforcing bars while maintaining a simple and efficient layout for operators.
At the centre of the system is the powerful D300-HC hydraulic shear, positioned between two roller benches for smooth loading and unloading of reinforcing bars. This configuration allows operators to process large volumes of rebar efficiently while maintaining high productivity.
The machine is engineered for continuous industrial operation, providing robust performance, precise cutting and long service life in demanding rebar processing environments.

The standard configuration of the Rebar Line 300-HC includes:
• 12 metres of infeed roller benches
