SMTCL TPX SERIES HORIZONTAL BORING AND MILLING MACHINES

SMTCL TPX horizontal borers provide the rigidity, capacity and versatility required for machining large, heavy and complex components. Their proven table-type design is suitable for both rough and finish machining across general engineering, heavy fabrication and maintenance workshops.

The TPX series can perform precision boring, drilling, milling, facing, cylindrical turning and grooving operations. Radial feed of the facing plate allows large diameters and external surfaces to be machined without repeatedly repositioning the workpiece.

Available models include the TPX6111B and TPX6113 series, with spindle diameters from 110mm to 130mm and a selection of table sizes, travels and load capacities.

TPX6111B SERIES

The TPX6111B range features a 110mm boring spindle and is well suited to medium and heavy components requiring versatile boring, milling and facing capability. Several configurations are available with different travels and table capacities.

TPX6113

The TPX6113 features a 130mm spindle, 900mm spindle travel and a 1600mm × 1400mm rotary table. The table supports workpieces weighing up to 8,000kg, making the machine suitable for demanding industrial components.

TPX6113/2

The larger TPX6113/2 provides a 130mm spindle, 900mm spindle travel, 2000mm cross travel and an 1800mm × 1600mm rotary table. Its table capacity of up to 10,000kg provides additional capability for large and heavy workpieces.
