TRACK-X is our in-house linear axis (7th axis / robot track) platform, built and sized to carry any robot, any size — from compact cobots up to large industrial robots — and extend their reach across a cell, a line, or multiple work stations.
Modular, custom-length sections Supplied in upto 8 metre sections that join together to build tracks anywhere from 2m up to 24m overall length, so the axis is sized to your cell footprint and reach requirements rather than a fixed off-the-shelf length.
Welded and fully machined — not bolted extrusion unlike many linear axis suppliers who build on bolted aluminium extrusion, every TRACK-X section is fully welded and machined. That means a rigid, one-piece section with true, accurate mounting surfaces that hold their alignment under real production loads — no bolted joints to work loose, flex, or drift out of tolerance over time.
Quality components throughout
• HIWIN linear guide rail
• Helical gear rack and pinion drive
• Servo motor options from Siemens or Beckhoff
• Energy chain supplied as standard for cable and hose management
Synchronised or positional TRACK-X can be configured either as a synchronised (coordinated) axis, integrated into your robot controller as a true external axis, or as an independent positional axis running under its own servo/PLC control — whichever suits your application and existing platform.
Applications Robotic welding, pick and place, machine tending, palletising, and any application where you need to move a robot along a line rather than bolt it to one spot.
Custom-built to your required length, payload, and speed — enquire with your application details for a specification and quote.
