ENERPAT MSB-ETY1600 twin-shaft tire shredder adopts mature British heavy-duty shearing technology to process whole car tires, truck tires, engineering tires and solid forklift tires. Featuring low speed and high torque, it produces rubber pieces in adjustable sizes. Equipped with Hardox wear liners, high-strength alloy cutters, Siemens motor and Schneider PLC system with auto reverse anti-jam protection, it effectively separates rubber and steel wires inside tires.
The finished materials can be used for TDF fuel, pyrolysis, rubber granulation and road filling to reduce storage and transportation costs. CE and ISO certified, the machine can cooperate with conveyors, magnetic separators and secondary shredders to form a complete automatic tire recycling line suitable for tire recycling plants, vehicle dismantling yards and solid waste treatment parks.
