1. Sale Basis (As-Is, Where-Is)
The drill rig and associated equipment (“Equipment”) is sold as-is, where-is, in its present condition, with all existing faults, defects (whether patent or latent), wear and tear, and without any representation beyond those expressly stated in writing by the Seller.
2. Inspection
The Buyer acknowledges they have been given a reasonable opportunity to inspect, test, and satisfy themselves as to the condition, suitability, fitness for purpose.
