SYU-41140 Dual Shaft Tyre Shredder — Whole Car & Truck Tyres, 2.5 t/hr
Description
A dual-shaft shredder built for whole car and truck tyres. No debeading required. It runs at low shaft speed for high shear force, low noise and low blade wear, and processes up to 2.5 tonnes per hour.
Output is 50 mm wide at varying lengths up to a maximum of 200 mm, with over 90% of material shorter than 150 mm. That chip suits tyre-derived fuel, downstream granulation and steel recovery.
Heavy 50 mm blades in H13 / XAR550 tool steel handle steel-belted truck tyres. Siemens motors and Tongli gearboxes drive it; a Siemens PLC with overload detection and automatic reverse protects the shafts; electrical components are Schneider.
Supplied as a complete line Tyres feed via an infeed conveyor and eject via an outfeed conveyor fitted with a bulka bag stand, so loading and handling are straightforward. Control panel included.
