We have a type FCJ Jafo Milling Machine Slotting Attachment for sale
Specifications
We believe the Manufacturer is JAFO Jarocin (Poland)
Year of Production: 1976 (indicated on the serial plate)
Net Weight: 56 kg (approx. 123.5 lbs)
Drive Interface Type:
Intended for machines featuring an ISO 40 (40 International / DIN 2080) horizontal spindle taper.
A driving arbor is inserted into the main mill spindle, which acts as a crank to convert rotary motion into the reciprocating motion of the slotting ram.
Operating Capacity & Adjustments
Adjustable Stroke Length: 0 to 65 mm (Note: The physical scale visible on the right front plate marks up to 65 mm of ram travel).
Ram Speed Output: Derived from the mill’s horizontal spindle configuration. As seen on the casting’s gearbox chart, it operates at 5 operational gear steps:
44 strokes/min
55 strokes/min
71 strokes/min
Flange Rotation Angle: 360-degree fully continuous rotation base flange.
It allows the head to swivel right or left up to 90 degrees (and beyond) for machining tapered keyways, internal relief angles, or complex internal profiles.
Tool Shank Capacity:
Fits a standard internal tool holder shank (typically accepting square tool bits or round-shank single-point slotting bars up to roughly 12mm–16mm).
We believe the flange layout and ISO 40 driving setup are engineered to mount onto the upper sliding ram face of the following universal toolroom mill:
JAFO Jarocin: FWD-25, FWD-32, FWD-32M
