FEATURES

This machine is fitted with Automatic Cycling which can be easily set and can be moved in all three planes but with only two planes at one time. This device can save an enormous amount of time on varied jobs.
Power draw bar on horizontal spindle. This device eliminates the need for a drawbar and makes it very quick and easy to change cutters.
Dual Control Panels on front and side of machine. Feeds, speeds and quick traverse can be engaged along with all functions of the machine from the control panel on the front or side of the machine.
Huron type swivel head 360 deg. movement in all directions
Quick traverse and feed are built in on all table movements with automatic feed disengaging device on maximum movements, but can be manually over?ridden by means of hand wheel.
Vertical and Horizontal spindles are worked on two complete independant systems including independant drives, gear boxes and lubrication systems and can both be run at the same time.
There is a backlash eliminator on the front panel of the machine with easy access to it for adjustment.
Vertical slideway is a robust rectangular section which is hardened and ground and is supplied with single shot hand operated lubrication system conveniently located on the left hand side of the machine.
