Manufactured by Orange Mech (Luohe Orange Mechanical Equipment Co.), it's ideal for cakes, slices, brownies, nougat, cheese and other delicate products. The titanium ultrasonic blades vibrate at high frequency for clean, precise cuts with minimal crumbling or product waste.

It portions full trays automatiy in both directions, cutting squares or triangles. It has automatic edge trimming and air-blow blade cleaning between cuts to stop product build-up.

Condition & history: Purchased new in 2024 to cut marshmallows, but our product proved too sticky and elastic for ultrasonic cutting, so we moved to a different cutting method. As a result, the machine has had less than 10 hours of total use. It's in as-new condition and full working order. Well suited to cakes, slices, brownies and similar products.
