Universal 1600L Hay Feeder

Built for durability, efficiency and reduced feed wastage, this hay feeder suits both cattle and sheep operations. Three adjustable opening widths let you control livestock access to hay, and the width can be adjusted with hay still in the feeder for quick, practical day-to-day use. The patented adjustable opening system stops stock pulling out excessive amounts at once and encourages them to feed from the bottom of the bale to minimise waste. Fully hot-dipped for long-lasting protection against rust and the harshest Australian conditions. A 3-skid base allows the feeder to be skid-towed, with integrated fork pockets for easy transport and positioning. The bent checkerplate trough has gaps between sections for drainage, keeping fallen hay dry and edible while providing a stable standing surface. The 1600L holds one round bale (a 2800L model holding two round bales or one export-size square bale is also available).
