Getting faster access to higher pick faces can make a significant difference to warehouse productivity. The Linde V08 raises operators up to 1.2 metres, providing convenient access to second-level racking for more efficient order picking. Available in multiple configurations, the V08-01 offers load capacities of up to 700kg or 1 tonne depending on chassis length, while the V08-02 adds independently adjustable forks that allow loads to be positioned at a practical working height for smoother loading and unloading processes.

Safety
Working at height requires confidence, which is why the V08–01–02 incorporates several features to support operator safety throughout the shift. The raised platform edges on the V08 help reduce the risk of missteps when picking, while optional side barriers on the V08-02 provide additional protection when working at elevated levels. Automatic braking is activated if the operator leaves the platform or uses the emergency stop, and cornering speed is automatically adjusted to improve stability. For busy warehouse environments, optional LED lighting and Linde BlueSpot™ help increase truck visibility for nearby pedestrians and equipment.

Ergonomics
Frequent entry, exit and order picking tasks are made easier through a spacious operator compartment with a low step-in height and intuitive controls. The height-adjustable Linde steering wheel allows operators to find a comfortable working position, while the non-slip platform surface provides secure footing throughout the shift. Storage compartments and optional mounting brackets keep everyday equipment such as scanners, clipboards and wrapping materials within easy reach, and the colour display presents key truck information at a glance.

Handling
Fast, accurate order picking is supported by responsive controls and smooth truck operation. Depending on the model, the operator platform can be raised to access higher picking levels, while the Linde OptiLift system delivers controlled, vibration-free lifting movements. A powerful 2.3kW drive motor provides travel speeds of up to 10km/h when loaded, and self-centring power steering helps maintain precise directional control. On the V08-02, a pedestrian operating mode enables operators to move the truck alongside them during short-distance picking tasks, reducing unnecessary mounting and dismounting. An additional lift function also allows pallets to be positioned at a more comfortable working height.

Service
Durability and simplified servicing help keep the V08–01–02 available for operation. Protective bumpers and a robust chassis help minimise damage from minor impacts, while low-wear sensor technology reduces component replacement requirements. CAN bus diagnostics allow technicians to quickly access system data for fault finding and maintenance, and the truck's accessible component layout makes servicing more efficient. Clearly organised wiring and a low-maintenance design further support long-term reliability and reduced downtime.
