Dual View Dumper DV60: Power for more safety

More space for the legs and an exit option on both sides allow the DV60 to be used even more safely, with a payload of up to 6 tons. In the power version now with extra power under the hood. The hill-hold function and seat belt monitoring with optional start release take the safety of the machine to a new maximum and already think for the operator before it is too late. Many additional comfort features in the basic machine or as an option additionally ensure the comfort factor for the operator.

Swivel Seat with Legroom and Flexible Exit
The intuitively operated swivel seat offers plenty of legroom and space for the operator. He can move freely and can still turn the seat while sitting without any effort. The right armrest of the control console, including the joystick, can be folded up and down, making it possible to get in and out of the vehicle from both sides, even when the seat is turned towards the body. This saves the driver valuable time turning the seat again after loading in order to get out.

Seat Belt Monitoring with Start Release
The seat belt monitoring system signals visually and acoustically if an attempt is made to start the machine when the operator is not wearing a seat belt. The additional start release prevents start-up in this case. The safety during operation is increased once again and improper starting is thus prevented.

Power Version
More power, more bite. With the larger engine, you immediately feel the increased power during all work and on the road. The Power version offers additional power to cope with even the most difficult terrain. Even on gradients in fully loaded condition, the machine has no problems maintaining its high tractive force and acceleration.

Active Sense Control
The Active Sense Control (ASC) radar system has innovative object detection with an optionally selectable braking function. This system warns the operator on a display of approaching objects and shows them. Where necessary, the system promptly slows the machine down and, if required, it will also bring it to a standstill (with the selected Stop Assistant). The machine’s surroundings are scanned in real time for possible obstacles and where required, action is taken. Even trailer operation or tight parking maneuvers have been considered: the system can be switched to blind for a short time so as to not impede the operation. Thanks to the intelligent system, it is possible to both load and unload without needing to switch off the machine.

Skip Changing System
The innovative skip changing system for the DV60 allows the skip to be changed as needed and in different areas, and adapted perfectly to the construction site situation. This means that the dumper can also be used to transport construction site materials, light equipment, or tools. The removable and fold-down side walls of the three-way tipping platform mean that there are almost no limits to its versatility. Numerous lashing options enable safe operation and secured transport.
