Tracked Zero Tail Excavator EZ36: Compact design and high performance

Get in and start working – with the EZ36, performance meets maximum efficiency. This zero tail excavator is ideal if compact dimensions are needed. Minimal rear overhang makes working along walls and other obstacles an easy task. The machine features intuitive operation using a joystick, display and jog dial, as well as a comfortable working environment. This leaves the operator in full control of the application. Configurable to meet a customer’s requirements, the EZ36 offers dealer-installed options, including a hydraulic thumb and rotating beacon.

Comfortable, Fully Glazed Cab
The large, fully glazed and tiltable cabin with roof window offers the operator an optimal 360° visibility of his work area. This gives the operator a good view of his working area, colleagues and any dangers. It can be easily disassembled for service and repair work. All hydraulic functions of the excavator meanwhile remain available despite this.

Intuitive Operating Concept
The intuitive operating concept enables simple and comprehensive control of the excavator. The machine is operated using a joystick, jog dial and keypad. This makes accessing attachment and oil level settings for the additional control circuits quick and easy.

Optimized Drive Concept
The well thought-out drive concept with optimized engine-pump management allows quick and precise control of the excavator. This makes up to 15 percent faster work cycles possible. The available engine versions are low in consumption and require no exhaust after-treatment.

VDS Vertical Digging System
The vertical digging system compensates for slopes of up to 15 degrees, making it possible to vertically excavate on a slope. This is not only ergonomic for the operator, but it also saves time and means less excavated material. It offers up to 25 percent material and time savings when excavating and filling, alongside safe working and higher stability in sloping spaces. The same swing power over 360 degrees allows fatigue-free work with the seat position remaining the same.

This machine has been serviced and inspected in the Mech-N-Air workshop by our fully qualified technicians.
