This was completely gone through and serviced:

Tables: Removed, cleaned, refitted and squared up
Internal cavities and drive housings: Cleaned out completely
Bearings: All grease nipples attended to with fresh grease
Adjustment parts: Worn or broken pieces repaired by a local engineering shop — done properly, no makeshift fixes
Drive belt: New genuine Weinig belt fitted
Pneumatics: Overhauled — new air lines through the control panel, new pressure gauges installed

Since the service it has square-dressed clean stock for around 8 operating hours — it was brought in for bulk square-dressing and is being sold as we're right-sizing the factory. Turned over regularly, demonstrable under power. It's an honest machine of its age — serviced properly, well cared for. Inspections welcome.

Tooling Included

All tooling usually sharpened and balanced by Jalor Tools, Knoxfield:

Straight knife blocks: 1 × 240mm Ø, 2 × 130mm Ø, (currently fitted)
Profile blocks: 2 × 175mm Ø (one unused, the other fitted), 2 × 125mm Ø (unused)
Assorted tools including the spindle nut spanner and adjustment crank handle, plus spacers and spare hardware

Ready to work from day one — no sourcing tooling after the fact.
