WINKWORTH STAINLESS STEEL DOUBLE ARM Z-BLADE / SIGMA MIXER – 2HP GEARED DRIVE

Heavy-duty Winkworth industrial double-arm Z-blade / sigma mixer designed for mixing, kneading and working high-viscosity materials.

This type of mixer uses two heavy intermeshing sigma / Z-shaped blades rotating through a stainless steel trough. The blade action repeatedly folds, stretches, compresses and shears the product, making these mixers particularly effective on materials that are too thick or sticky for conventional paddle or propeller mixers.

Winkworth Z-blade mixers are used for products including adhesives, mastics, sealants, polymers, rubber compounds, soaps, confectionery, heavy pastes, doughs and other high-viscosity materials.
