The X1 Lite is a 7-inch touchscreen thermal inkjet controller that drives either a single print head (T1XL) or two independent print heads (T2XL) — same controller, same cartridge, same interface. Decide how many print positions you need, and change your mind later without buying a new printer.

**The XL bulk-ink cartridge changes the economics**

The new D-A01-1XL cartridge holds **160 mL — four times a standard cartridge** — in a tubeless, pump-free format that clips straight onto the print head like an ordinary cartridge.

No external plumbing. No ink pouches. No pressure regulators. No maintenance kit. No service call to install it.

This is the first bulk-ink system of its kind: bulk capacity with cartridge simplicity, developed and manufactured by ANSER in Taiwan. Four times the ink means four times fewer change-outs, dramatically lower cost per print, and long production runs without stopping the line.

In the T2XL configuration each head carries its own 160 mL cartridge, so changing one head's ink never interrupts the other.

Designed to mount on flow wrappers, VFFS and pouch machines, cartoners, labellers, case erectors, carton tapers and conveyors — or to run standalone over a line. USB x2, RJ-45, RS-485/232, light tower, encoder and sensor inputs, plus TCP/IP, UDP and Modbus TCP for PLC integration.
